Vaginal laxity, dryness and the changes that follow childbirth or menopause are common, treatable, and rarely discussed. V Revive is one non-surgical option among several — which is why it starts with an examination rather than a brochure.
V Revive uses Multi-Wave energy delivered evenly around the vaginal canal. The energy warms the tissue in a controlled way, and the intended effect is to stimulate the body's own collagen production in the vaginal wall over the weeks that follow.
It is non-surgical and performed in the clinic. There are no incisions and no general anaesthetic, and most women return to ordinary activity the same day, with advice to avoid intercourse and swimming for a short period afterwards.
It is a programme rather than a single appointment: treatments are spaced to let the tissue respond between sessions. How many, and how far apart, is decided after assessment.
Vaginal laxity — reduced tone and sensation, most often after childbirth, which affects comfort and confidence and is not something you have to accept as permanent.
Dryness and discomfort, particularly after menopause, when falling oestrogen thins and dries the vaginal lining. This is the genitourinary syndrome of menopause, and it is common enough that most women will experience some of it.
Mild stress urinary leaking — the kind that happens on coughing, sneezing, laughing or lifting. Energy-based treatment is considered in selected cases after assessment, alongside correctly taught pelvic floor training rather than instead of it, and it is not a first-line treatment for incontinence.
Recurrent irritation or odour, where the underlying cause has been investigated first — because infection, bacterial vaginosis and skin conditions all need identifying rather than covering over.
The symptoms above overlap with conditions that have quite different treatments. Dryness from oestrogen loss, a pelvic floor that is too weak, a pelvic floor that is too tight, and prolapse can all produce a similar description — and only one examination separates them.
That matters because the right first step differs. Local oestrogen is an established treatment for menopausal dryness. Pelvic floor training, taught properly, is the foundation for leaking. Prolapse may be better served by a pessary. Energy-based treatment sits alongside these as one option, not above them.
You will be told what was found, which options apply, and what each realistically offers, including the non-surgical ones and including doing nothing for now. Nothing is decided in the room if you would rather think about it.
Consultation ฿1,500–3,000 depending on complexity, plus the ฿300 clinic service fee. Any treatment is quoted separately before you agree to it.
Treatment itself is generally described as warm rather than painful, and it is done without anaesthetic in most cases.
Changes build gradually over the weeks after a session as collagen remodels, rather than appearing immediately. Results vary between individuals, and how much benefit you get depends on the underlying cause, your hormonal status and what else is being done alongside.
It is not suitable during pregnancy, and active infection should be treated before any energy-based treatment. Suitability in other circumstances is decided individually.
No residency, referral or Thai insurance is needed. An assessment fits comfortably inside a short stay, and knowing what is actually going on is useful even if you choose to have treatment at home.
A programme spaced over several sessions is worth discussing against your travel dates before you start rather than after the first one.

Laxity, dryness, a weak pelvic floor, a tight one and prolapse all feel similar and are treated differently. One examination tells you which. Message us on LINE.
