Message us on LINE, WhatsApp or email and we will confirm a time with you. There is no online booking form — a real person replies, so you can describe what you need first. Not sure whether your symptom needs a visit? Start with the symptom guide.

What a first visit costs

Consultation ฿1,500–3,000, depending on the complexity of your case, plus a ฿300 clinic service fee.

That covers the consultation itself — your history, an examination where appropriate, and an explanation of your options. Any treatment is quoted separately after the assessment, so nothing is charged without being discussed with you first.

If cost is a concern, say so when you message us. We will tell you what your visit is likely to involve before you commit to anything.

Common questions about booking

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Booking ahead is strongly recommended. It reserves a specialist and enough consultation time for you, which matters because a first visit usually includes a history, an examination and a discussion of options rather than a quick check. Message us and we will confirm a time — often for the same week.

How do I book if I don't speak Thai?

Message us in English on LINE, WhatsApp or by email and we will reply in English. Consultations are conducted in English or Thai. If you would prefer support in another language, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange in advance rather than promising it on the day.

I'm only in Bangkok for a few days — can I be seen?

Usually yes. Tell us your dates in your first message and we will work around them. If what you need involves more than one visit, we will say so upfront so you can decide whether to start here or wait until you are back.

What happens at a first visit?

A conversation first — what you have noticed, how long it has been going on, and what you would like to change. Then an examination if appropriate, and often a simple assessment such as a bladder diary review or pelvic floor check. You will leave knowing what the problem most likely is and what the options are, including doing nothing for now.

Consultations are conducted in English or Thai. If you need support in another language, mention it when you message us and we will arrange what we can in advance. Please do not send medical details you would rather discuss in person — a short description is enough to book.
