Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from your own blood and injected into intimate tissue; the procedure is sometimes called the O-Shot. Published evidence is limited, so it is discussed only after an assessment and with no result promised.

A small amount of your blood is taken and spun to concentrate the platelets. That plasma is then injected into vaginal or vulval tissue by a doctor, with numbing cream. Because it is your own blood, it is not a drug or a filler.
It is done in the clinic, by a doctor, in one visit. Some soreness or bruising afterwards can happen; the doctor explains aftercare at the visit.
Concerns about intimate comfort or sensation, raised with the doctor once medical causes — hormonal, pelvic floor, skin conditions, medicines — have been looked for.
It is discussed alongside, not instead of, the established options for each symptom.
It is not a treatment for urinary leaking or prolapse. Leaking when you cough, sneeze or lift needs a pelvic floor assessment; a heavy, dragging feeling needs an examination for prolapse. Painful sex can come from a tight pelvic floor rather than dryness, and bleeding, a changed discharge or white, itchy skin need a diagnosis first.
Evidence for PRP in intimate health is limited: studies are small, often without a control group, and preparation methods differ. No result is promised, and results differ between individuals.
Sexual concerns usually have more than one cause; the first visit is about finding which ones apply, and some are better helped by other care.
The doctor examines first, explains what was found and which options apply — including the non-energy ones and doing nothing for now — and the decision is yours. Results differ between individuals and no outcome is guaranteed.

No. Leaking needs a pelvic floor assessment; the options there are different.
No — studies are small and often uncontrolled. No result is promised.
Using your own plasma avoids a reaction to a foreign substance, but it is still an injection with possible soreness, bruising or infection; the doctor explains this before you decide.
