Forma V is a non-surgical radiofrequency treatment that gently heats vaginal and vulval tissue. It is one of several options the doctor may discuss after an assessment — not a first step, and not a treatment for leaking or prolapse.

Forma V is a radiofrequency device made by InMode, part of its intimate-health platform. It delivers controlled heat to the tissue without breaking the surface; the aim is to prompt the tissue's own collagen response over the following weeks.
It is done in the clinic, by a doctor, with no incision and no general anaesthesia. Treatment is usually described as warm; how many treatments and how far apart is decided after assessment.
Dryness and discomfort after childbirth or around menopause, when first-line measures have been discussed.
Concerns about how intimate tissue feels or looks, raised with the doctor, once a medical cause has been ruled out.
It is not a treatment for urinary leaking or prolapse. Leaking when you cough, sneeze or lift needs a pelvic floor assessment; a heavy, dragging feeling needs an examination for prolapse. Painful sex can come from a tight pelvic floor rather than dryness, and bleeding, a changed discharge or white, itchy skin need a diagnosis first.
Published studies of vaginal radiofrequency are small and mostly without a control group, so the evidence is limited. Results differ between individuals.
For menopausal dryness, a regular vaginal moisturiser and low-dose local oestrogen remain first-line. For leaking, properly taught pelvic floor training is the foundation.
The doctor examines first, explains what was found and which options apply — including the non-energy ones and doing nothing for now — and the decision is yours. Results differ between individuals and no outcome is guaranteed.
These treatments are done at the clinic, 8th Floor, EM Tower, EMSPHERE, BTS Phrom Phong, by a doctor. Consultations are in English or Thai.

No. Leaking needs a pelvic floor assessment first; the options there are different.
No — studies are small and mostly uncontrolled. It is an option to discuss, and results differ between individuals.
That is decided after assessment, not set in advance.
