EMSPHERE connects directly to BTS Phrom Phong (Sukhumvit Line, station E5). Take the skywalk from the station into the mall and go to EM Tower, 8th floor. Coming from Sukhumvit Soi 24 or Soi 22, it is a short walk. EMPORIUM is opposite and EMQUARTIER is one block towards Asok.

Open in Google Maps →It is not a general OB-GYN practice for pregnancy care. The focus is urogynecology — the bladder and pelvic floor side of women's health — together with aesthetic gynecology and preventive gynecology.
That means: urinary incontinence (stress, urge and mixed), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, menopause symptoms and vaginal dryness, recurrent urinary and vaginal infections, cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination, and hormone assessment.
If you are looking for antenatal care or delivery, a hospital obstetrics department is the right referral and we will say so.

The clinic has eight specialists in total. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orawee Chinthakanan leads the urogynecology practice (female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery; M.P.H. Emory University, fellowship at Atlanta Urogynecology Associates). Dr. Varisara Chantarasorn holds a urogynecology fellowship from the University of Sydney.
Consultations are conducted in English or Thai. Written enquiries are answered in eight languages, and an interpreter can be arranged for your visit if you request it in advance.
Consultation ฿1,500–3,000 depending on the complexity of your case, plus a ฿300 clinic service fee. Any treatment is quoted separately after the assessment; treatment prices are not published.
A first appointment is a history, an examination and an explanation of the options — including the option of doing nothing yet. Nothing is decided or charged before you have been examined and given the choices.
Most of what is treated here is managed without surgery. If surgery is the right answer, you will be told that plainly.
How to book →Phrom Phong and the surrounding Sukhumvit stretch have several options and it is reasonable to compare. Samitivej Sukhumvit is a full hospital near Phra Khanong; Bumrungrad and BNH are the large international hospitals at Nana and Sala Daeng respectively; Sukhumvit Hospital is near Ekkamai.
The practical difference is scope. A hospital women's health centre covers everything from pregnancy to oncology. A focused urogynecology clinic sees bladder, pelvic floor and postpartum problems all day — which matters most for symptoms that are commonly dismissed as normal ageing or normal after childbirth.
