The Fit Clinic is a urogynecology and aesthetic gynecology clinic. These two treatments are for the skin of the face and neck, and they sit here in their own section for that reason.
Nothing on this page treats a pelvic or gynaecological condition. If you are here about leaking, heaviness, prolapse or postpartum recovery, those are separate pages and a pelvic floor assessment comes first.
DoubleTite is made by AGNES Medical in Korea. Insulated microneedles pass through the surface of the skin and deliver radiofrequency energy at a chosen depth, so the energy is placed where it is wanted rather than across the whole surface. The system also carries a booster injector used to place skin boosters.
Depth and settings are chosen per area during the treatment, which is why it is doctor-performed here and not delegated to a nurse or a technician.

Neauvia is an Italian range of hyaluronic-acid based injectables. Hydro Deluxe is the skin booster in that range; Nboost is Hydro Deluxe used together with SECTUM.
A skin booster is placed into the skin to hydrate it rather than to add volume or change the shape of a feature. If what you are describing is loose skin or lost volume, a booster is the wrong tool and we will say so at the assessment instead of after.

History first, then a look at the skin in good light. We talk through what each option can and cannot address in your case, what the alternatives are, and what doing nothing looks like.
You leave with a written plan and the cost before anything is started. If we think the honest answer is that no treatment here is a good fit, that is what you will be told.
Active infection or inflamed skin in the area being treated. Known allergy to a component of the product. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, for the injectables.
If you are on anticoagulants or have a bleeding disorder, tell us before the appointment so it can be discussed properly rather than on the day.
And if the concern is the shape of a feature or genuinely loose skin rather than the quality of the skin, a skin treatment is not the answer to it.
A first visit can cover the assessment and, if it is suitable and you want to go ahead, a first treatment on the same day.
Spacing between sessions is decided at the assessment; depending on what is planned, completing it may need a longer stay or continuation with a doctor at home. We will tell you which before you book anything else.
